    Refunds are available for physical prints under the following conditions:

    • Defective prints
    • Damaged art papers or canvas
    • Incorrect print or wrong print size

    Refunds are not applicable to digital download purchases. If you encounter any issues with your digital file, please contact our support team for assistance.

  2. Requesting a Refund:
    Customers must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a refund, please email us at [your customer support email] with the following details:

    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the defective or damaged product (if applicable)
  3. Processing Time:
    Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days after verification. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, orders for physical prints cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as they are processed immediately by our third-party vendor.
Digital downloads are non-refundable and non-cancellable due to their instant delivery.
